SparkStudy subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, if you are enrolled in an accredited electrical trade program and need to withdraw, you may be eligible for a refund if you request within 30 days of purchase with supporting documentation.

✅ Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • You are currently enrolled in an accredited electrical trade or apprenticeship program
  • You can provide official enrollment documentation (class schedule, acceptance letter)
  • You can provide official grade documentation or proof of program withdrawal
  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content
  • Failure to pass an exam after using the platform
  • Account suspension due to terms violations
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase
  • Incomplete documentation submissions
