Refund Policy

SparkStudy subscriptions are non-refundable except under specific circumstances. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Be currently enrolled in an accredited electrical trade program or apprenticeship
Provide official documentation proving your enrollment (school schedule, acceptance letter, etc.)
Provide official grade documentation or proof of program withdrawal
Submit your request within 30 days of purchase

                Important: Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 additional business days.
